CALL FOR PROPOSAL: PROVISION OF AIRTIME & DATA SERVICES FOR COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL TANZANIA STAFF
Contract Duration: 2 Years 

1.0 BACKGROUND
Compassion International Tanzania is a Christian organization dedicated to releasing children from poverty in Jesus' name. With a Christ-centered, church-driven, andchild-focused approach, Compassion partners with the Church to empower vulnerable children and their families through holistic support and community
engagement.

Compassion International Tanzania has currently established a hybrid working
modality that requires its staff to work both in person at the office and remotely from
home. This has brought about seeking to engage with the service provider who can
offer the best cost-effective airtime and data service to 150 staff to enhance
conducive working environment.

2.0 OBJECTIVES & SCOPE OF SERVICE
The service provider will provide the following services: -
I. Airtime:
o Provide postpaid airtime (staff will subscribe to packages on their own),
airtime amount to each staff shall be specified by Compassion
International. This will be communicated during contract negotiations.
II. Data
o Provide unlimited Data that will enable each staff work from home
effectively throughout on monthly basis. In their day-to-day work staff
engage in downloading, uploading, short and long zoom meetings, etc. for
which reliable internet is required to smoothly execute their duties.
III. Other Service
o Provide other associated services including but not limited to mobile
phone devices, routers as relevant, etc.

3.0 PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
a) FINANCIAL PROPOSAL
Compassion International would like to have three detailed financial proposals
for provision of Data & airtime to its staff as below: -

  • Financial Proposal 1: The bidder to provide the best offer for provision of unlimited data throughout the month, special for SIM cards that also support Calls & SMS (a SIM card that is used for normal mobile phones’ communications)
  • Financial proposal 2: The bidder to provide the best offer for provision of specialized Unlimited data e.g. Via router (without supporting normal calls or SMS). This proposal must be detailed to specify the scope of the offer.
  • Financial Proposal 3: considering that staff will be receiving a certain amount of airtime to freely subscribe to some bundles/packages on their own. The bidder is required to submit a detailed bundle/package(menu) to be offered to CIT both for voice and data.
b) TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
  • The bidder must submit the company profile detailing how extensive and reliable the company is among other things.
  • Similar work experience and reference. Provide at least three pieces of evidence of similar work experience and reference contact information e.g. Emails and phone number.
  • Company’s Legal documents include business License, TIN number, Tax Clearance, certificate of incorporation, regulatory body certification, and other relevant documents.
  • Statement of what benefits and what limitations staff’s SIM card will have after being subscribed as a corporate client through Compassion International and service provider’s contract of service.
  • Submit at least two audited financial statements of the most recent financial years.
  • Details and/list of Specific service offered along with the financial proposals if applicable e.g. Devices, special desk service, etc.
  • Provide any other relevant information as applicable.

4.0 SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Proposal must be submitted by 14th May 2025, 1200hrs through email
